Aaron Kampman
Aaron is about empowering others to become their best. From growing up in a small rural town in Iowa, to his collegiate career at the University of Iowa, to his decade playing in the NFL, Aaron loves partnering with others to achieve new heights. He serves as the CEO of Align where he and his advisors partner with executives and their organizations towards creating authentic engagement and consistency.
Aaron has experienced many impactful events and significant relationships, the biggest of which include marrying his high school sweetheart, Linde. Together they are raising four children, three sons and one daughter. He currently resides in southeast Iowa where he is active in his local community and coaches high school football. Aaron’s free time is spent woodworking, hunting, reading and working out.
