Bathsheba Sams
Bathsheba Sams is a retired HR executive with over 39 years in the forest products industry. She held various positions of leadership with increasing responsibilities in process engineering, manufacturing, business and human resources. Her career also included two and a half years as an expat in Brussels, Belgium. Her college years were spent at the University of Mississippi where she received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
Bathsheba’s global experiences include, but not limited to, project management, change management, training and organization development, talent acquisition, mergers/acquisitions and divestitures, coaching senior leaders, and mentoring and coaching high potential employees. The latter, of which she is very passionate and is engaged in her community and her consulting business primarily coaching and mentoring present and future leaders.
Family means the world to Bathsheba and since retiring, she is able to spend more time with her family members. She is the youngest of nine siblings, has 25 plus nieces and nephews, and has three wonderful adult children, Kisha, Elliott, and Justin. Bathsheba also has three beautiful granddaughters and three great-grandchildren.
